Indie Spice Grill, an esteemed restaurant located in Swords, Ireland, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staff management, customer service, financial management, and maintaining quality standards.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.

Create employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.

Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to maintain high levels of performance and morale.

Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a professional and fair manner.

Customer Service:

Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded.

Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.

Maintain a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests, fostering positive experiences.

Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain sufficient stock.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.

Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Financial Management:

Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring expenses.

Maximize profitability by controlling costs and increasing revenue through effective sales strategies.

Conduct regular financial analysis and report on key performance metrics to management.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Monitor food preparation methods to ensure adherence to recipes and food safety standards.

Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to uphold cleanliness and organization.
