The average working shift is 4pm to 1am.

About Your New Assistant Store Manager Job

Working closely with the Store Manager and dealing with the following

;People management, mentoring and training

Staff rotas

Cash handling procedures

Stock management

Deliver outstanding quality, service and store profitability

Logistics

Inventory control

What Skills You Need for this Job

Written and spoken fluent English

A relevant Food Qualification or Degree

Previous experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor or Assistant Manager in hospitality, food or retail

Experience of opening and closing store

Experience in supervising staff

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Must have up to date EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa to be applicable for this role

This Job comes with a salary of €32k with a performance related Bonus along with;
