The job

    Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, chat and emails from users regarding

    Provide customer service to clients

    Assist and communicate with customers via various channels, including phone

    Answer customer inquiries and guide them if they have issues with the product

    Handle complaints

    This position is full-time (40 hours per week)

    Support customers directly on the ground at major events around the world

Any other tasks as required

Your qualifications

You speak and write Swedish at a native level and you are fluent in English.

Experience in customer support is both recommended and an advantage.

You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.

Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills.

Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
