Yivee Ltd trading as Nutbutter is seeking a permanent full-time Senior Chef De Partie at their premises at 2/3 gallery Quay, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2.
The successful applicant must have a minimum of 5 years working experience with an eclectic mix of international cuisine.
Successful applicants will be responsible for the management of producing top class cuisine, ordering & stock control, menu engineering for a high volume restaurant and helping the Head Chef controlling all financial goals set by the General Manager.
Annual remuneration is €34,000, based on a 39 hour week.
