We are looking for a Government and Public Sector Go-to-Market Specialist who will play a pivotal role in implementing our market penetration plans in the sector. Abreast of government structures & policies, industry trends, legislative changes, the individual will contribute to reinforcing Deloitte’s competitiveness in the public sector arena.

How you can make an impact

-In conjunction with the Government & Public Sector (GPS) leadership, define a go-to-market strategy and plan designed to raise Deloitte’s sector profile in the Swiss market, strengthen business relationships with key decision makers and foster our opportunity pipeline

-Advise the GPS leadership on key trending sector challenges that are market relevant in areas such as core government, health care, government owned organisations and defence and where Deloitte should be positioned as an expert

-Strengthen relationships with key decision makers from federal and selected cantonal and city administrations and organisations

-Position the firm in key associations, networks and external events in order to raise profile and develop relationships with clients and prospective clients

-Lead and execute high-profile marketing initiatives as defined in the go-to-market strategy to generate business leads that include (but is not limited to): producing market relevant content to be disseminated on relevant marketing channels; organising client events and sponsorings; running digital and social media campaigns (where appropriate); designing buyer relationships mapping

-Ensure internal engagement and buy-in from GPS stakeholders and leaders to maximise market impact

-Review outcome of those go-to-market initiatives, reporting impact and return on investment and suggest corrective actions

Who we are looking for

-Sound understanding of the Swiss political system and the public sector issues

-Connections / network in the public sector world an asset

-Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

-Ability to drive projects forward independently

-Native in Swiss German and fluent in English
