Lifeguard. Irlanda

Duties to include - Adhering to instructions given with regard to the safety and conduct of persons using the pool

and/or other facilities.

Assisting swimmers in difficulty and administering CPR and basic first aid when necessary.  Complying with current Health and Safety At Work Legislation and Guidelines for

supervision in pools, to accept continuous training, remaining competent in accordance with

guidelines.

To assist the complex supervisor or duty manager with “in house” training as designated by

management.

Reporting to the complex supervisor or duty manager any defect of equipment or of any

person(s) who, after being warned, contravenes by laws, Waterworld rules and regulations or

endangers the smooth, efficient and safe operation of the facility.

The setting up and checking of equipment as required.

To work effectively and efficiently as a member of a team.

To ensure the implementation of all relevant procedures required by ISO 9001:2015 and the

Ireland Active National Quality Award as stated in the Quality Management System.

Current Lifeguard Qualification RLSS or IWS qualification

Ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team and on own initiative.

Ability to comply with Quality Management Systems and adhere to Health & Safety Regulations.

Hours 10-36 salary variable start date 28/03/204 - 01/09/2024
