IT Innovation Manager (m/f/d). Luxemburgo

Your mission:

As an IT Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the Technical Innovation strategy and operating model; including working with IT teams and Business to evaluate new technologies and perform proof of concepts or pilots leveraging them. You will define an awareness plan and promote the technology to other people. The solution delivery will be performed by a dedicated team with your advice. You will also help create the business case to develop the activity of the innovation team. You will then ensure to make innovation visible through internal communications channels. This role involves collaborating with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including Business technologists, Digital Citizens, IT colleagues and other technology teams.

Be a part of a team where you will:

• Accountable for implementing the Innovation Lab strategy and operating model. • Design and oversee the radar and spotlight pilots. • Identify Technology trends based on Business requirements and technology watch. • Assess and prioritise emerging tech opportunities for transformation. • Find implementation partners/startups, ... or expertise, as required. • Collaborate with internal people to conduct the pilots. • Responsible for the day-to-day planning and project management of the Innovation team, including development of project plans, and the monitoring processes for tracking progress, managing actions, risks, and project level costs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure deliverables are met. • Share the knowledge and support to the firm for technology integration. • Foster collaboration and nurture a culture of innovation.

• Curious about technology scouting and market trends.  • Project management experience, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Proven experience in innovation environments, programme management, or related roles. • Good knowledge of technical trends, professional development, and networking practices. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. • Fluent in English and French
