Seasonal role     HBL Games Team  

Role & responsibilities

As a Seasonal Team Member with the HBL Games Department, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring our guests have a truly immersive experience.

Deliver excellent customer service to our guests.

Demonstrate exceptional communication skills & ability to work part of a team.

Assisting customers with their queries.

Work co-operatively & ensure support with colleagues throughout the season.

Perform all tasks to a high standard with a focus on customer safety, interaction & enjoyment, and communication with guests throughout their day in Emerald Park.

Areas of work

Customer service.

Supporting colleagues in games units.

Customer interaction.

Guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Applicants must be 17 years or older by March 23rd, 2024.

Prior work experience is not a requirement and we welcome individuals who are entering the workforce for the first time.

This is a seasonal contract position. Estimated start date March 23rd – September 30th, 2024. Contracts may be extended.

Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work on their own initiative & as a member of a team and go that extra mile.

Candidates with previous experience in cash handling, customer service, and EPOS sales will be considered favourably but not a prerequisite.

Full training will be provided to team members before commencing their work with the Discovery & Learning Team.
