Vi ligger på gågade i Roskilde, her tilbyder vi både sushi ad libitum og take away menuer.

Vi har høje ambitioner og sætter stor fokus på at tilberede den højeste kvalitetsmad. Vi søger kok som er effektiv i arbejdsgangen ,har fokus på kvalitet og har lysten til at være med til at fortsætte den gode udvikling vi har i restauranten.

Vi forventer at du:

- Har erfaring i en lignende stilling med asiatiske/japansk mad i mindst 3 år. 

-Har et kendskab til hygiejne- og food safety-standarder

-Har stærk sans for detaljer og en høj standard for kvalitet

-er struktureret og kunne arbejde selvstændigt,under pres

Arbejdstiden er 37 timers om uge

We are located on the walking street in Roskilde, here we offer both sushi ad libitum and take away menus.

We have high ambitions and put a lot of focus on preparing the highest quality food. We are looking for a chef who is efficient in the work process, has a focus on quality and has the desire to help continue the good development we have in the restaurant.

We expect you to:

- Has experience in a similar position with Asian/Japanese food for at least 3 years.

- Has knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards

- Has a strong sense of detail and a high standard for quality - is structured and able to work independently, under pressure

The working hours are 37 hours per week
