Digital Factory - Senior Technical analyst. Luxemburgo

The opportunity

We are looking for a new colleague who will be part of our dynamic and rapidly growing digital team. As a senior technical analyst, you will manage the development process throughout the lifecycle of a product and support the ongoing management of the requirements from business stakeholders. You will perform a variety of complex technical activities in a wide and often unpredictable range of contexts. Our digital team is driving a large portfolio of projects helping our different Service Lines in EY to apply digital transformation through technologies like software robotics, analytics, artificial intelligence, and conversational interfaces.

Your key responsibilities

    Understand stakeholder's needs, gather and elaborate business requirements

Work to understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business to cultivate business development opportunities

Help stakeholders to understand the best mix of technologies, design solutions and services

Work and collaborate with various offshore and third-party suppliers, adapting your communications approach to meet the business demands

Support some client demo activities as needed and defined by the business and the client

Supporting the team with technical expertise.

To qualify for the role, you must have

    At least 3 Years' experience working in financial services or similar experience

    Technical degree in IT or related area

    Fluency in English. Any other languages such as French will be considered as an asset.

    Familiar with emerging digital trends and their application in the industry

    End to end delivery experience of software delivery projects

    Able to understand high level business ideas, impact assess and break them down (user stories) to assist with service design and delivery

    Strong Agile mindset and familiarity with other development methodologies

    Excellent communication and stakeholders management skills

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Broad technical skillset with a strong focus on modern web technologies and architectures
