Digital Factory - Senior Business Analyst (m/f). Luxemburgo

Your key responsibilities:

    Work together with the business owners to define product requirements, enhancements for product functions and features

    Analyze ideas for new products / features and bring recommendations to leadership for prioritization.

    Help in defining and maintaining the product's strategic roadmap based on input from internal stakeholders, clients, industry experts, and market analysis

    Work to understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business to cultivate business development opportunities

    Developing requirements through the elicitation, analysis, specification and verification. This yields multiple levels of requirements supporting the business vision.

    Writing and reviewing business, user and non-functional/system level requirements in the form of use cases, UML, and other similar structured requirements documentation.

    Help stakeholders to understand the best mix of technologies, design solutions and services

    Work and collaborate with various stakeholders, inhouse, offshore and third-party providers, adapting your communications approach to meet the business demands

    Evaluate client and internal change requests keeping in mind product strategy.

    Hold regular meetings with business and product owners to monitor progress and clarify potential queries.

    Perform product demos to current and potential clients and stakeholders.

Your profile:

    You have 4+ years of work experience in the regulated investment funds Industry

    You have a solid understanding of the local and the EU law requirements

    You have a sound knowledge of Lux GAAP

    You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, IT, or related field

    You are a digital enthusiast that constantly looks to apply new solutions to solve existing and new problems

    You are fluent in English. Any additional language skills such as French or German will be considered as an asset.

    You are able to manage a team and you act as a team player

    You are organised and flexible.

    Any experience with software development and Agile methodologies is a plus

    Any experience within an audit practice is a plus.
