CCP Games is looking for a Community Developer to work on Project Awakening, a new project set in the EVE Universe.

As a Community Developer, you will be at the forefront of engaging, nurturing, and supporting our community. Your role will involve direct communication with our players through various platforms, gathering valuable feedback, being the voice of the community within our team as well as actively support & problem solve game and player issues. The position is 100%.

Your tasks:

- Engage with the community across all social media platforms (e.g. Discord, Live Streams, Facebook, X, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch) to generate fans and followers, build relationships and foster goodwill.

- Collect and summarize community feedback to provide actionable insights to our engineering teams.

- Organizing and participating in community events and activities.

- Monitoring and reporting on community sentiment, trends, and overall success of objectives.

- Monitor, diagnose and problem solve incoming support issues and trends and work with relevant stakeholders in the company to help create a great user support experience.

Your profile:

- Experience in community management, particularly in gaming or related fields.

- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Understanding of and interest in Web3 and blockchain technologies.

- Ability to analyze and synthesize community feedback into meaningful reports.

- Avid gamer with deep knowledge of the gaming industry and community dynamics.

- Experience with social media campaigns and the ability to identify trends in community behavior and monitor relevant KPIs.

- Previous experience with game support is a plus but not a hard requirement.
