Commissioning Manager for substations. Nordjylland

If so, you might be the ideal candidate for the position of commissioning manager at ProCon Wind Energy A/S.

ProCon Wind Energy is a rapidly growing player in the renewables industry, focusing on onshore and offshore wind activities globally. We are currently seeking two highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Managers to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of our projects.

The job

This is a hands-on role, and the key responsibilities include:

• Supervising the planning and implementation of commissioning tasks for our offshore substation projects.
• Guaranteeing adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Extensive interface within the organization, along with significant interaction with both customers, suppliers, and other collaborators.
• Support to tender and sales department.
• Travel activity to sites around the world (expected travel days are 50+ per year)

This is a newly created position, and you will refer to the COO.

Expectations to your qualifications

To excel in the role, we imagine that you possess a combination of the following competencies and experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as electrical engineer or the like.
• Experienced in navigating construction sites and comfortable working in the field.
• You excel at the final stages, putting things into operation and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
• You are proactive and possess a strong drive.
• You are highly organized and structured.

You will be working from our office in Aalborg. We also have offices in Aarhus and Esbjerg.
