CE Assistant Supervisor. Dublin. Irlanda

Duties: to develop and deliver CE training programme in Dublin’s North Inner City for Sunflower Recycling.

Tasks: full contractual obligations, work-plan training plan and funders reports. To provide support and supervision for participants. Main areas of work: coordinate the work programme on day to day basis, develop core modules for training and sourcing relevant training for the ILP. Liaising with DSP in terms of administration of the programme and overall funding requirements.

Personal Specification: Excellent communication skills. Report writing skills. Experience of project management. Admission and budget management. Ability to deal with Funders and excellent interpersonal skills. Capacity to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

Other requirements: qualification, experience or understanding of the recycling business would be an advantage. Work as part of a team. Undertake duties as required by the Manager and Management Board. Reporting relationship with the Supervisor; reports to the Manager on a daily basis and to the Board monthly via a written report.

Terms and conditions: Salary will be in conjunction with DSP Rates and holiday entitlement is 4 weeks.
