MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•    Chef qualifications – at least 2 years

•    You must have 3 years previous experience as a breakfast chef

•    To prepare and deliver to a busy breakfast service, providing a high standard of fresh food in a busy (4) * restaurant

•    Recent previous experience in a busy, but organised (4)*hotel/restaurant kitchen

•    Highly motivated and excellent communication skills

•    Interest in food & food presentation

•    Honest, reliable and hardworking

•    You must have your own transport - start time 5am

•    On instructions from our clients, candidates without relevant experience are requested not to apply

•    Applicants must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU
