Minimum requirements

1.    Bar Management qualifications at least 2 year course

2.    Previous experience as a Bar Manager in an English speaking bar with high volume, high quality service  - 4/5* background

3.    Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills

4.    Sound knowledge of all aspects of the Bar Management role including rostering, purchasing, reservations etc.

5.    On instructions from our clients, candidates without relevant experience are requested not to apply

6.    Applicants must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU.
