The opportunity

EY is looking for Director as part of the senior leadership within the Audit Team for EY Luxembourg. Industry focus covers Banking & Capital Markets.

Your key responsibilities

    Business Development: Help grow the Analytics Business (the candidate will have sales targets for both sales support and independent sales)  

    Responsible for strengthening EY's brand in the space of Analytics  

    Provide thought leadership in areas such as GAAP, SEC and US/PCAOB GAAS for US listed and/or non-US based companies

    Be a technical advisor for both SEC-listed and non SEC-listed companies  

    Lead and manage teams (10-15 members) with a strong focus on Employee Engagement, Mentoring, Training and Retention

To qualify for the role you must have

    A graduation or post graduation degree, preferably B Tech & MBA from top tier engineering/B-Schools or Masters in Statistics / Economics from the top universities  

    15 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Banking and Capital Markets domain  

        Solid experience in US GAAP, SEC and US/PCAOB GAAS e.g.  experience in US GAAP in non-US based companies as well as conversions for EU GAAP and IFRS to US GAAP.

        Be a recognized as a technical advisor for SEC-listed companies, non-listed US companies and capable of reviewing for cross-border transactions.
