Audio Visual Integration Engineer. West. Irlanda

Due to continued expansion, HAS Integration are looking for 2 fully Qualified and experienced Audio Visual Integration Engineers to join our team in Ireland. This is a full time, permanent position based out of our Galway office, H91 HW18

Duties include , but are not limited to

Implementation of technology systems for clients such as for boardrooms, home security, home cinema/theatre set up, audio/video distribution, control systems and integration, automated shading, lighting design and networking system

arranges subject, lighting, camera equipment and any microphones;

operates scanning equipment to transfer image to computer and manipulates image to achieve the desired effect;

Identify the efficiencies and deficiencies of existing systems and take steps to improve the user experience;

controls transmission, broadcasting and satellite systems for television and radio programmes, identifies and solves related technical problems;

checks operation and positioning of projectors, vision and sound recording equipment, and mixing and dubbing equipment;

Troubleshoot Video Conferencing applications including but not limited to: Cisco WebEx, Zoom, and Crestron;

manages health and safety issues;

operates sound mixing and dubbing equipment to obtain desired mix, level and balance of sound.

Manage and support A/V services in various sites

Knowledge of how to build an AV racks to required AVIXA standards ensuring required airflow and layouts

Candidates must have

Equivalent qualification, and/or significant relevant experience

2 years of A/V installation, management, and support experience.

Experience with major industry manufacturers including Crestron, Shure, QSC, Biamp, Zoom, Dante, Lutron, Control 4, Sennheiser

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, A/V flow, and other engineering drawings as necessary.

Full drivers license

Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, able to speak to engineers and customers alike

Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language, deliver executive presentations, produce project status reports, and communicate deliverables to all stakeholders

As an AV Integration engineer, you will be an integral part of our AV Integration installation & maintenance team and will be responsible for installing integrated systems across the company portfolio
