We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project within the wind industry. More specifically, you will be based in the Service unit, which is related to Finance and SAP.

Do you have experience with projects with digitalization, data, finance and SAP and are you looking for a new job adventure?

Location: Middle Jutland, hybrid can be discussed.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong experience with projects with digitalization / data / finance / SAP
• Experience with projects that have process alignment and roles and responsibility alignment
• Experience from a similar position as a Senior Project Manager
• Relevant educational background
• High energy and drive to ensure progress, motivation and a good atmosphere
• A strong communicator and someone that enjoy selling an important message to others
• Freedom to lead the way by own initiative. Should thrive when the goal is defined and can by him or herself set the scene and create the path to the goal.
• Eye for detail and complex topics, and focus on solutions
• A plus if the candidate also can drive such alignment
• Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
• Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
• Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
• Strategic thinking with operational focus
• Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
• Person with good communication skills
• Take own initiatives and ensure for results
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Strong English skills - both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Bring structure and direction into chaos for the project sponsor
• Guide in the overall project process and establish a clear overview, transparency and meaningful direction of the project
• Create high performing teams to meet goals and motivate them by forming strong relationships with team members
