About the Role

As a Sales Engineer specializing in magnetics and power electronics, you will be an integral part of our team. Ideal candidates will have a background in engineering and a passion for driving sales. Knowledge of transformers and inductors is a must, along with an ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

Work Responsibilities

•    Close collaboration with customers and their stakeholders.

•    Developing and executing the sales strategy and expanding TRAFOLO's market share.

•    Negotiating and closing contracts to drive company revenue and growth.

•    Gathering and summarizing customer feedback for the development team and defining requirements for new features.

•    Contribution to shaping the company's future strategy and direction.

Requirements

Experience required: Technical sales experience of at least 1 year

Electrical engineering experience of at least 1 year

Interest in the field of electrical engineering and electronics.

Familiarity with customer needs and technical constraints.

Independence and remote work capability.

Education:    Bachelor, Master’s, PhD‘s or equivalent

Business, administration, STEM

Language skills:    Spoken English – C2 Writing, reading – C1

Additional requirements:    

•    Personal contacts within the magnetic component or power electronics industry.

•    Experience in designing chokes, inductors, transformers, wireless chargers, etc.

•    Familiarity with simulation and calculation tools.
