If you are:

· An open and friendly person and you like to connect with people

· Proficient in English and Dutch, interested in using it daily

· Experienced in customer service (that is a big plus)

What will your days look like?

· Helping customers with different requests (through various channels)

· Being the link between our partners and customers

· Establishing and managing positive relationships with customers as well as co-workers and supervisors
